1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Verdalyae products. If you are not happy with your results, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a refund, email us at contact@verdalyae.co.uk with your order number and details of your usage and results. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Depending on your situation, we may offer a partial or full refund (between 30% and 100%), in line with our customer care commitment.
2. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Separately from our 30-Day Guarantee, UK consumers also have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund.
For hygiene reasons, this statutory right does not apply once a sealed cosmetic product has been opened or used, unless the product is faulty or not as described. Your 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee under Section 1 remains available regardless.
3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer a full replacement or refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. No return of the faulty item is required unless requested.
4. Delayed Deliveries
If your order is delayed more than 2 weeks beyond the estimated delivery window and our courier does not respond, we will provide a 30% partial refund and arrange free express reshipment.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
