1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 6 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
4. Delivery Costs
- Free delivery on all orders over £35
- £4.99 flat rate for orders under £35
5. Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control (customs, weather, courier volume). If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at contact@verdalyae.co.uk and we will investigate promptly.
If a delay exceeds 2 weeks and our courier is unresponsive, we will offer a partial refund and arrange free express reshipment, in line with our customer care commitment.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
