1. About Us

This website www.verdalyae.co.uk is operated by ZTR ECOM LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, trading as "Verdalyae". For any questions, please contact us at contact@verdalyae.co.uk.

2. Products

We sell natural anti-fungal cosmetic products (soap, cream, body wash) formulated with tea tree oil. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Packaging may vary slightly from images shown.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old, or ordering under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other methods shown at checkout.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

As a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@verdalyae.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, this right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty.

This statutory right is separate from and in addition to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

7. Consumer Rights Act 2015

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZTR ECOM LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence within the UK.
